Siinäpä ne. Faery 2 ei edistynyt kuluneena vuonna ollenkaan, Fairy Wishing Well edistyi vähäsen, yksi työ tuli valmiiksi ja kolme uutta laitoin alulle. Vuodelle 2013 en laita itselleni mitään tavoitteita enkä sääntöjä - saan pistellä mitä haluan milloin haluan ja aloittaa niin monta uutta työtä kuin haluan. Tuollainen täysin säännöistä vapaa strategia sopii minulle parhaiten, ei tule stressiä minkään edistymisestä ja pistely on aina kivaa kun saa pistellä sitä työtä mitä juuri sillä hetkellä eniten haluaa pistellä. Näytän täällä sitten aina joka kuun jälkeen, mitä siinä kuussa tuli tehtyä.

That's it. Faery 2 didn't get any progress at all during the past year, Fairy Wishing Well progressed a little, one project was finished and three new ones were started. I am not going to lay down any rules or goals for the year 2013 - I will get to stitch what ever I want to stitch when ever I want to stitch it. This kind of a strategy is best for me, as it doesn't create any unnecessary stress about finishing or progressing any projects and stitching will always be fun as I get to always stitch what ever I feel like stitching at that moment. I will show my progress here after each month, giving each project a post of its own so that I can link the posts to the correct projects in my sidebar.

Ei ollut tarkoitus vaipua näin pitkään blogihiljaisuuteen, jotenkin niin vain tapahtui... Olen pistellyt jonkin verran viime blogimerkintäni jälkeen, mutta vuodenvaihde on jo niin lähellä että taidanpa jättää pistelyistä raportoimisen väliin tältä kertaa ja tehdä sitten ensi vuoden puolella kollaasin vuoden aikaansaannoksista.

Pistelyn lisäksi olen...
- opetellut kasvissushin tekoa Vegetarian Sushi -kirjan avulla
- testaillut erilaisia vegaaniruokareseptejä Vegan on the Cheap -kirjasta
- hommannut itselleni fonduepadan ja tutustunut fondueiden maailmaan The Melting Pot - Dip Into Something Different: A Collection of Recipes from Our Fondue Pot To Yours ja Fondue -kirjojen avulla
- järjestänyt kahdeksan hengen fondue-kestit
- ollut aktiivisesti mukana kaveripiirin Supernatural- ja Charmed-maratooniporukoissa
- askarrellut joulukortteja

Pistelykuvia sitten ensi vuoden puolella vuosiraportissa! Oikein hyvää joulua ja onnekasta uutta vuotta 2013 kaikille!

I did not mean to leave my blog unattended for this long, somehow time just got away from me... I have been stitching though, but I'll leave that report for next time as the end of this year is so near and it's almost time for the "What did I manage to stitch this year" collage already.

In addition to stitching, I have also...
- been learning how to make vegetarian sushi with the help of the Vegetarian Sushi book
- tried out some new vegan recipes from the Vegan on the Cheap book
- bought myself a fondue pot and made a few quite successful and delicious trips into the world of fondues with the help of these two books: The Melting Pot - Dip Into Something Different: A Collection of Recipes from Our Fondue Pot to Yours and Fondue
- held a fondue party for eight people
- had regular Supernatural and Charmed marathons with my friends
- made some Christmas cards

Next time, I will show you some pictures of my stitchings as I make my end-of-the-year report on what I have achieved on that front during the year 2012! A very merry Christmas and a really happy New Year to everyone!
